Leadership
Dustin and his wife, Caroline, have six wonderful children. Because of their son’s disabilities, they have a special love for other families affected by disabilities. Dustin graduated from Ole Miss, earned his MDiv from Reformed Theological Seminary, and his DMin from Beeson Divinity School. When not at church or with his family, Dustin can usually be found fly fishing in a river, praying that a trout would rise.
Richard was ordained in Wales (1998) and joined our staff in 2008. Richard oversees Compassionate Care and Missions. He works with our Stephen Ministry, Mental Health and Wellbeing Ministry & Deacons caring for those in need in the church and around the Valley.As a church we support and are active in many Local, National and International Missions sharing the Gospel.Along with his wife, Alex, and their cats, he loves living and serving in the Rogue Valley.
Joy grew up in Southern Oregon and graduated from Ashland HS. She earned a BA in Elementary Education from Linfield College and taught elementary-aged kids for many years before entering full-time ministry. Joy is always up for an adventure, especially with her husband, Bryan, and their young adult children and two grandkids! She enjoys playing tennis, paddle boarding, and hiking. She is passionate about discipleship and supporting families in their faith and is always looking for opportunities to shine the light of Jesus.
Nate has been attending JPC since he was 7 years old, and has grown up being a part of our worship team and youth ministry. Nate graduated from Cascade Christian HS and Biola University, where he earned a BA in Elementary Education and minored in Biblical Studies & Music in Worship. Nate loves to laugh, play guitar, and mentor teenagers in the grace and truth of the gospel. Nate is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Western Seminary in Portland.

Kristian is a native Oregonian who grew up in Eagle Point and joined the church staff in 2023. She loves helping children discover the big story of the Bible and seeing their excitement as they grow in their faith and understanding of Jesus. Kristian has completed her Children’s Ministry certification and deeply values partnering with families in the discipleship of their children. In her free time, she enjoys Bible studies, camping, painting, and spending time outdoors with her family.
Grace was born and raised in Southern Oregon. She attended Corban University, where she earned a BS in Counseling Psychology. It was at Corban that she met her husband, Gabriel. Together, they love spending time in God's beautiful creation, enjoying good books, and engaging in thoughtful conversation. With a heart for coming alongside families affected by disabilities, Grace is passionate about supporting others in their faith journey. She is excited to continue growing alongside the church community, fostering relationships, and walking with families as they grow in Christ.
Mark is an Oregon native and is passionate about the outdoors. He can often be found riding the trails on his motorcycle. His favorite spots include the Cook-N-Green Trail to Azalea Lake and Johns Peak. He attended Mt. Hood College and studied small business management. Jesus' words in John 14:6 are an inspiration to him: "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
Stephanie is a born and raised Oregonian, and attended JPC growing up. She graduated from Oregon State University with a BA in Communications. After she graduated she went abroad to do Missions work in Australia, Africa, and Asia. She met her husband Drew abroad and they both moved back to the States and have two children, Nova and Ollie. She loves serving in the youth ministry and is involved in missions here at JPC. She and her husband Drew also own a coffee cart called Floreat.
Roy is a retired firefighter and paramedic. He has been a follower of Christ since he was a young child. He is passionate about church production and has been involved in various ways for over 30 years. He and his family moved to Oregon in 2018. He enjoys wood working and spending time with his wife, Liz and their three children.
Gabriel and his wife, Dchenin, grew up in California and moved to Oregon, where they found themselves attending this church, only to be called by God to share His love for His people and plant a bilingual church in the Rogue Valley. Gabriel is currently working on his seminary degree at Reformed Theological Seminary and enjoys running ultramarathons and bow hunting for fun.
Pastor Larry served as JPC's pastor from 1985 until his retirement in 2018. In 2022, he was named Pastor Emeritus, an honorary title denoting exemplary leadership, humility, and faithful love for our congregation. Pastor Larry grew up in Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA and graduated from Westmont College. He earned his MDiv and DMin from Fuller Theological Seminary. Larry and his wife, Sally, enjoy visiting their children and grandchildren, and staying involved in our church.
